Editing, Review and Analysing Final Product

Editing is VERY imperative when it comes to marketing and appropriately aiming at a target audience. If gramatical errors are not fixed and punactuation is incorrect, it can make the audience feel a range of emotions which are not going to be the targeted ones, frustration and anger will occur due to the purpose of the message being lost, that is why editing is paramount. It may simple be rephrasing sentences through the example below, but if your audience has a minute attention span depedning on the informational product, it is essential to grab their attention very quickly, for example a billboard will be structred and edited very diferrently to a newspaper add due to the different environments and time available.

Scrap metal yards are hardly the obvious places to practise nature conservation, but in Yapton, a small village in Sussex, there is a rather unusual exception. The Yapton Metal Company owned by my parents deals in non-ferrous metals and all kinds of second-hand goods. I run the business and am also a keen naturalist. I try to observe everything that grows, crawls, creeps or flies in the yard.

Here, butterflies haunt the buddleia and thistles that grow out of the gaps among piles of zinc and stainless steel, and up to 14 species have been recorded in a year. Rabbits have happily colonised the vast bramble complex behind sheds made out of doors and gas cookers, and over 50 species of birds are seen each year.

Did you know you can observe nature at a scrap mental yard. At Yapton, a village in Sussex, I do. I run the Yapton Metal Company, which is owned by my parents, and I am also a keen naturalist. I try to observe everything that grows, crawls, creeps or flies in the yard and I’m working on a natural history of it.

Butterflies haunt the buddleia and thistles which grow among piles of zinc and stainless steel; up to 14 species have been recorded in a year. Rabbits have colonised the vast bramble complex that lies behind sheds made from doors and gas cookers. Then there are the birds.
